Consensual sex is good for your health, some of the benefits you might not have thought of:

Could you have a sexually transmitted infection (STI)?

If you’ve had unprotected sex (without using a condom) there is a chance you could have caught an STI. If you have any of the following, arrange to get tested:

Testing for an STI is often just a urine or blood sample and can be easily treated with antibiotics.
