Carers week
Carers week aims to highlight and celebrate the incredible contribution that carers make, sharing the positive experiences as well as the more difficult. There will be various activities happening around Wrexham during the week for carers to attend.
Are you looking after a relative or friend, who, because of a disability, sensory impairment and/ or the effects of age could not manage without your help? If yes, then you are a CARER!
Wrexham Carers Information and Support Service can offer:
- Carers Information Packs
- Monthly Carers Support Groups
- Information on local support
- Free 1-2-1 Counselling Sessions
- Organise informal training, events and outings
